Joe received his bachelor of science degree from the University of Connecticut. Before joining Capitol Securities Management, Joe was a Vice President at Liberty Bank Investment Services and began his career as a Senior Manager with MAXIMUS Inc.
In his spare time, Joe enjoys traveling with his wife Katie and sons Joey and Matthew. Joe is an active member of his community and has many years of experience coaching youth soccer, basketball and baseball in Bristol. Joe currently serves as the President of the Bristol Central High School Sports Booster Club and as an active member of the Elks Lodge and a former member of Rotary International. He formerly served on the executive board of McCabe Waters Little League and was President of the UConn Tau Kappa Epsilon Alumni Association.
